As a long time vegetarian I never really feel like I am "missing out" on eating meat, fish or poultry - there are tons of vegetarian recipes I love!

From soups to chilis to casseroles, there are no limits to way you can make creative, satisfying dishes all year long, but especially so for fall.

If you're a vegetarian or just looking for veggie-packed meals that are perfect for the fall season, these 19 recipes are some of our fall favorites.
