Tracy's blog, Sugarcrafter, is a baking, canning, and occasional cooking blog that features from-scratch recipes using seasonal and local ingredients. Tracy recently started her own side business, Sugarcrafter Sweets, making handcrafted confitures and other sweet treats and selling them at local stores and farmers markets. She lives in upstate NY with her husband, two kitties, and golden retriever. Her current favorite confiture is spiced blackberry jam.
