Everything Bagel Chips Recipe

Perfect for any spread or rip, these everything bagel chips are a breeze to make...

Ingredients

  • 3 wholes everything bagel, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • dash salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°.
  2. Place wire baking racks on a rimmed baking sheet and set aside. You can alternately line baking sheets with aluminum foil.
  3. Lay bagel slices on wire racks (or foil) in a single layer. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and salt.
  4. Bake for 20-23 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  5. Allow to cool completely. Serve with dip.
