15 Brilliant Brunch Recipes for Easter

Shaina Olmanson | Food for My Family

Easter is the time to get your brunch on. Like you needed a reason.

Brunch is easily one of my favorite meals. It spans both breakfast and lunch, but it is filled with my favorite breakfast foods that I never seem to have time to make and enjoy in the early morning hours. There are cinnamon rolls, coffee cake, baked egg dishes, biscuits, fruits piled high, and plenty of bacon. What's not to like?

Here are 15 brunch recipes to help you plan a successful indulgent brunch this weekend.

Sausage Strata (Egg Bake)
Egg bakes have long been a favorite of mine for breakfast and brunch. Easy to make ahead and bake off while getting the rest of the food ready, this one holds plenty of sausage for the meat lovers in the family.
