1/4cupRaspberry Jamcherry, peach, or strawberry jam
3tablespoonsSlivered Almondstoasted (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place frozen puff pastry cups onto un-greased baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes. Remove from oven and use the handle of a wooden spoon to press center of the cups down. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F.
Place about 1 teaspoon of brie into the center of each puff pastry cup and top with 1/2 teaspoon jam. Bake for 5-6 minute or until cheese is melted and jam is warm. Remove from oven and sprinkle with toasted almonds (if using).
