Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Place all ingredients, excluding chocolate chips, into the blender and blend for 2-3 minutes until completely smooth.
Grease a muffin tin and pour 1/4 cup batter into each cup. Top each cup-full of batter with a tablespoon of chocolate chips.
Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, until an inserted toothpicks comes out clean.
Remove to a wire rack to cool (use a small spatula to loosen muffins from the tin if necessary).
