Vegan Creamed Spinach

Going vegan doesn't mean you have to give up your favorite foods! This vegan creamed spinach is every bit as yummy as the original but is totally dairy-free

1 1/4 cups Water 1 package Onion Soup 3 pounds Fresh Spinach 1/2 cup Soy Milk or another non-dairy milk
Bring the water to a simmer in a medium sized saucepan and empty in the entire pack of onion soup mix. Stir well.
Once the onion mix has completely dissoved, add the spinach.
Cook over a medium heat for around 5 minutes, until the spinach is almost done.
Reduce the heat to low and pour in the soy milk. Simmer for a few more minutes until the mixture has thickened. It is now ready to serve.
