- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 2 tablespoons Chunky Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 3 tablespoons Water
- 2 tablespoons Ground Flax Seed
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Bittersweet Chocolate Chips vegan
- 1/3 cup Slivered Almonds
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, mix together flour, oats, and baking soda.
In a large bowl, stir together peanut butter, oil, water, flax, vanilla, and sugars.
Add dry ingredients to wet and stir until blended.
Stir in chocolate chips and almonds.
Dough will be a bit dry and crumbly.
Form into tablespoon size balls and place on a silicon baking mat covered cookie sheet.
Press dough balls down slightly.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Devour like a crazy person.
- Feel free to sub raisins for the chocolate chips.
- If the dough is a bit too crumbly, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until things hold together.
