Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk Or milk of your choice
  • 3 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Raw (or more to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 3 days. Serve with fresh fruit and an extra drizzle of honey.

Notes

  • You may need to stir the chia seed pudding a few times while it’s chilling to make sure all the chia seeds absorb the liquid.
