Cream the butter and sugars with a mixer until creamy.
Add the vanilla and eggs and beat again.
Stir in the bananas and sour cream and mix gently.
Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add to the butter mixture until all is combined. Add all the different chips, stirring through to distribute evenly, but do not over mix the batter.
Spoon the batter into a greased 9"x5" baking pan.
Bake at 350°F for 70 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 15 minutes.
