Tortellini Bake Recipe

This tortellini bake is sure to please your crowd. From kids to grandparents, this is a dinner everyone can love.

- 18 ounces Tortellini Pasta with Cheese Filling frozen
- 2 cups Marinara Sauce
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 cups Chopped Frozen Spinach
- 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 2 teaspoons Dried Basil for garnish
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook the tortellini according to package directions, boil about 5 to 10 minutes according to instructions. Drain when done.
In a small sauce pan, mix together marinara, Parmesan cheese and spinach. Cook on medium heat until mixture comes to a simmer. Stir well.
In a 2 quart baking dish, mix together tortellini and sauce mixture. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 375°F for 8 minutes. Turn the broiler on and bake for 2 to 3 more minutes or until the cheese gets slightly golden brown.
Cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with dried basil and serve in bowls.
