Tomato Feta Tea Sandwiches are a perfect accompaniment to lunch or tea. So simple and delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 slices Very Thin White Bread I used Pepperidge Farm
  • 4 ounces Feta Cheese Crumbled
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese Softened
  • 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil Chopped
  • 2 Roma Tomato Thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • Combine feta cheese, cream cheese, mayo and fresh basil.
  • Cut the crust off of each slice of bread. Spread a generous spoonful of cheese mixture (about two tablespoons) on one slice of bread. Top cheese with one slice of tomato. Cut each sandwich into triangular halves. Serve immediately.
