Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • In a food processor, blend together flour, sugar, and butter until it becomes soft crumbs.
  • Gently press into tart or biscuit molds that have been pre-greased.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until crusts are golden brown. Let cool.
  • Whisk together cream, sugar, salt, nutmeg, eggs, and vanilla.
  • Evenly divide coconut into tart shells.
  • Pour mixture over coconut until they are just covered, not too full.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean in the center.
  • Let cool and serve warm or store in the fridge to serve chilled later.
