In a small bowl, combine slaw mix and apple. Add vinegar, olive oil and honey. Toss to gently coat. Set aside.
In a separate small bowl, combine dressing ingredients and set aside.
Heat a large grill pan over medium heat. Butter bread with a ½ teaspoon of butter. Place two bread slices face down on grill pan. Top each bread slice with 3 slices of turkey and two slices of Havarti cheese. Add half of the slaw mix to each sandwich and add half the dressing to each sandwich. Top with remaining bread slice (buttered side up). Brown sandwich for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
