Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Salted Butter
  • 2 cups Uncooked Long Grain White Rice washed
  • 4 cups Chicken Stock
  • 1 cup Chopped Parsley
  • 1/2 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Diced Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Paprika
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper
  • pinch of Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the uncooked rice and cook for 5 - 7 minutes, stirring occasionally so the rice browns evenly.
  • Next, add the onions and cook for an addition 3 to 5 minutes, until the onions are beginning to soften.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
  • Bring everything to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
  • Reduce to heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes or until the rice is soft and tender.
