Texas Heat Burgers use Stubb's Legendary Bar-B-Q Sauce in the burger and the BBQ Mayo. You really can't get much better!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/3 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1/4 cup Stubb's Legendary Bar-B-Q Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Pickled Jalapeños chopped
  • pinch of Ground Cayenne Pepper
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 4 slices Colby Jack Cheese optional
  • 4 Hamburger Bun
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Stubb's Legendary Bar-B-Q Sauce
  • Lettuce
  • Red Onion sliced
  • Pickled Jalapeños
  • Fresh Tomato sliced

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your grill for high heat cooking.
  • In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, sauce, jalapeño, and cayenne pepper. Divide into four patties and season each on both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Grill burgers on for 3 minutes on each side. If using cheese, add it during the last minute of cooking.
  • Mix together mayonnaise and sauce.
  • Serve burgers fully loaded with as many toppings as you can handle.
