Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • pinch of Salt
  • 1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 4 tablespoons Tahini Paste
  • 5 tablespoons Water
  • 2 tablespoons Ground Flax Seed
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt, and sesame seeds in a medium sized bowl and whisk to mix well.
  • In a large bowl combine vegetable oil, tahini paste, water, ground flax seed, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix on medium-high speed until wet ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet, mixing until well combined.
  • Add the chocolate chips and stir until distributed throughout the dough.
  • Scoop the cookie dough and place evenly on a baking sheet, flattening them slightly with your hand.
  • Bake for 13-15 minutes, until golden. Allow to cool, then enjoy!
