Combine whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt, and sesame seeds in a medium sized bowl and whisk to mix well.
In a large bowl combine vegetable oil, tahini paste, water, ground flax seed, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix on medium-high speed until wet ingredients are well incorporated.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet, mixing until well combined.
Add the chocolate chips and stir until distributed throughout the dough.
Scoop the cookie dough and place evenly on a baking sheet, flattening them slightly with your hand.
Bake for 13-15 minutes, until golden. Allow to cool, then enjoy!
