Taco Appetizers are adorable mini tacos that'll make the crowd smile. Your party is off to a great start!

- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 family-size package Tortilla Scoops
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese
- Shredded Lettuce
- 2 Roma Tomato Chopped
- Sour Cream
Preheat a large pan on medium high heat.
Add the beef to the pan and mix in chili powder, paprika, cumin, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
After fully cooked, assemble the cute little mini tacos with beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream, and serve!

- With these little tacos, a little goes a long way. It doesn’t take much to fill up the little chips!
- I grind up a chuck roast for my ground beef, fat and all. If you use a lean beef, add a little oil to the pan.
