Strawberry Truffles Recipe

These fun strawberry truffles are only three ingredients making it an affordable and easy way to make a fun dessert! Easily customizable to change up the flavors. Strawberry lemonade truffles, anyone?

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 ounce package Cream Cheese
  • 1 14-ounce package Vanilla Sandwich Cookies
  • 1 ounce Freeze Dried Strawberries plus more for decoration if desired
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • pinch of Salt
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar plus some for coating truffles if desired
  • White Chocolate (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add the cream cheese, cookies, and strawberries to a food processor. Pulse until completely blended and the mixture comes together in a dough that is all one cohesive color. Scrape the sides as needed. Add the vanilla, salt, and powdered sugar and blend well.
  • Roll out balls that are about 1 1/2 tablespoons big and chill in the refrigerator until hardened.
  • Toss the truffles in powdered sugar or coat in melted chocolate. If using the melted white chocolate, can add crushed freeze-dried strawberries on top to garnish.
