- 1 pound Strawberries Sliced
- 1 Avocado Chopped
- 1/4 cup Diced Onion
- 1/2 cup Chopped Cilantro
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- 4 Chicken Breast 6 ounces each
- Salt and Pepper To taste
In a medium-size bowl, combine the strawberries, avocado, onion, cilantro, and olive oil.
Mix this well and sit aside.
Warm up a greased skillet to medium-high heat.
Lightly add salt and pepper to the chicken breast to your preference.
Sear and cook on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Serve chicken topped with salsa; add salt or pepper to taste if preferred.
