- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Chocolate
- 1/2 cup Strawberry Kefir
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- dash of Salt
- 3/4 cup Butter room temperature
- 1 1/3 cups Granulated Sugar
Heat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 12 cup bundt pan and set aside.
In a mixing bowl cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
Alternately add the strawberry kefir with the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until just combined. Do not over mix!
With a spatula, fold in the diced strawberries and chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Leave to cool for 5 minutes in the pan before inverting the cake on a wire rack and cool completely.
Dust with powdered sugar and cocoa powder just before serving. (Optional)
