Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Vanilla Lowfat Kefir
  • 1 cup Frozen Strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 Banana peeled and halved
  • 1 tablespoon Almond Butter
  • 1 scoop Protein powder your choice of powder

Instructions
 

  • Shake kefir bottle well before use.
  • Prepare ingredients by measuring kefir, strawberries, almond butter, and protein power and adding them to a high-speed blender. Peel, half, and add banana.
  • Blend ingredients until smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy!
