1 cup Vanilla Lowfat Kefir 1 cup Frozen Strawberries sliced 1/2 Banana peeled and halved 1 tablespoon Almond Butter 1 scoop Protein powder your choice of powder
Shake kefir bottle well before use.
Prepare ingredients by measuring kefir, strawberries, almond butter, and protein power and adding them to a high-speed blender. Peel, half, and add banana.
Blend ingredients until smooth.
