St. Germain and Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail only takes three ingredients. Get ready for the countdown, but the new year is finally here!

- 2 cups Pomegranate Juice 100%
- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 1/2 ounces St. Germain
- 1 ounce Pomegranate Syrup
- Brut Champagne Or sparkling wine, chilled
- Fresh Pomegranate Arils For garnish
In a medium saucepan over medium heat combine the pomegranate juice and sugar.
Bring to a boil and reduce by half to 1 cup. Takes about 30-35 minutes.
Cool fully and transfer to a glass container to chill in the refrigerator. Store for up to 2 weeks.
Fill a champagne flute with pomegranate arils, 1 ounce of pomegranate syrup, 1 1/2 ounces of St. Germain and top with champagne.
Serve immediately.
