Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup White Wine
  • 2 tablespoons Walnut Oil
  • 1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Honey
  • dash of Salt to taste
  • dash of Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Fresh Cherries pitted and chopped
  • 1 Peach pitted and sliced
  • 1 Nectarine pitted and sliced
  • 1 Avocado diced
  • 5 cups Baby Spinach
  • 3 tablespoons Walnuts roasted

Instructions
 

  • In a small skillet or saucepan, heat the white wine until it is reduced to 2 tablespoons, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and whisk in the oil, vinegar and honey. Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste.
  • To serve the salad, toss all of the ingredients together in the white wine dressing. Serve immediately.
