Spicy Turkey Wrap has a spicy cranberry spread to kick up leftover turkey. An easy and light meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon Jalapeño Chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cumin
  • 4 tablespoons Cranberry Sauce
  • Salt To taste
  • 2 tablespoons Goat Cheese Softened
  • 7 ounces Turkey Breast Sliced or shredded
  • 1 cup Bibb Lettuce
  • 2 Multigrain Sandwich Wrap

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, stir together cranberry sauce, jalapeño, cumin, cilantro and salt to taste.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon softened goat cheese on each wrap. Divide cranberry mixture between both sandwiches. Top each wrap with 1/2 cup lettuce and half the turkey.
  • Cut in half and serve.
