Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 2 Mango Peeled, pitted, and chopped
  • 3 cups Lemon-Flavored Sparkling Water

Instructions
 

  • In small saucepot, stir together sugar and water. Cook over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; let stand 10 minutes.
  • In blender, puree mangoes and lemon juice until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer; discard solids.
  • Pour mango liquid into pitcher. Add sugar syrup; stir until well combined. Divide mixture between 6 ice-filled glasses; top each glass with 1/2 cup sparkling water.
