- 1 1/2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning Or southwest seasoning
- 2 Bell Pepper Large, cut into bite size pieces (like red or yellow)
- 1 medium Onion Peeled and cut into bite size pieces
- 1/2 cup Water
- 12 Soft Corn Tortilla Heated
- Shredded Cheese
- Shredded Lettuce
- Guacamole
- Salsa
- Sour Cream
- Chopped Tomatoes and Cilantro
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Sprinkle the seasoning over the chicken.
Top the chicken with the peppers and onions. Pour the water over everything.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 4 hours or until chicken is tender.
Remove the chicken and use forks to shred it. Place the chicken back in the slow cooker and combine with sauce, onions and peppers.
Remove chicken with a slotted spoon and place in a bowl for serving.
Place chicken and pepper mixture on tortillas. Top with various garnishes.
