Chewy, fudgy skillet brownies are the best way to have your chocolate. Make it in a large skillet to share, or make them in minis for your own personal treat!

1/2 cup Unsalted Butter 7 ounces Semisweet Chocolate 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar 3 large Egg room temperature 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract 1/2 cup Dutch Processed Cocoa 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Melt the butter and chocolate together in the skillet on the stove at low heat. Remove from heat.
Stir until they are well-combined.
Add in the sugar and mix well.
Beat in the eggs and vanilla until well-combined.
Fold in the cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Stir until just combined.
Bake for 28 - 30 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool for a few minutes before digging in!
