Cook the garlic for about a minute then remove from the butter.
Now add the shrimp to the pan, season with salt and sauté for 2-3 minutes each side until fully cooked.
Transfer to a serving plate.

Notes
I use horseradish spread on my sandwiches so I always have it on hand. If you only have horseradish root, use quite a bit less and taste it as you go to make sure it’s not too spicy.
Sprinkle plain salt on the shrimp if you want or use a salt and parsley mix like I did!
