Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1 clove Garlic Smashed and roughly chopped
  • Salt
  • 1 pound Fresh Shrimp Peeled and deveined

Instructions

  • Preheat a large pan on medium heat.
  • Add butter and diced garlic.
  • Cook the garlic for about a minute then remove from the butter.
  • Now add the shrimp to the pan, season with salt and sauté for 2-3 minutes each side until fully cooked.
  • Transfer to a serving plate.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • I use horseradish spread on my sandwiches so I always have it on hand. If you only have horseradish root, use quite a bit less and taste it as you go to make sure it’s not too spicy.
  • Sprinkle plain salt on the shrimp if you want or use a salt and parsley mix like I did!
