Sausage Balls are so simple to make! You just need baking mix, cheese, and a little bit of seasoning.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Ground Sausage
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 3 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fennel Seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 cups Dry Baking Mix such as Bisquick
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Place the sausage in a large bowl. Blend the salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, fennel seed, and crushed red pepper in the food processor, Add the seasoning to the sausage and mix it in.
  • Add in the baking mix and cheese and combine.
  • Form into walnut-size balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 25 mins.
