Ingredients
  

  • Kosher Salt to taste
  • Cracked Black Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Minced Fresh Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Liberally salt and pepper the steaks on both sides.
  • Combine soy sauce, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce together in a bowl, whisking to combine.
  • Place steaks in a zip top bag and pour the marinade over them.
  • Seal the bag, taking care to remove any excess air, helping the steaks to be completely covered by the marinade.
  • Return steaks to the refrigerator for at least an hour, or overnight. Steaks may also be frozen in the marinade.
  • Remove from marinade and grill to your desired temperature.
