Raspberry Mango Bellini Recipe

Raspberry Mango Bellini is great for an evening party or holiday brunch. Sparkling and delicious.

- 1/2 cup Mango Sorbet
- 1 bottle Prosecco Champagne, or sparkling wine, well chilled
- 1 pint Raspberries
Place 1 tablespoon of mango sorbet in the bottom of 8 champagne flutes. Add a raspberry to the bottom of each.
Pour the Prosecco in each flute.
Garnish with extra raspberries. (Raspberries on small skewers or cocktail sticks work well.)
