- 16 ounces Shrimp (medium-sized) cleaned and deveined
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- juice from one Lime
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro finely chopped
In a medium size bowl, mix together the shrimp with the chili powder and lime juice. Let sit for 5 minutes.
In a medium sized frying pan, heat oil on medium high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 3 minutes or until they start to turn pink.
Add chili sauce to the pan. Stir the shrimp and sauce well and cook for another minute until they are fully cooked. Sprinkle with cilantro.
Remove shrimp from the pan and transfer to a plate or bowl. Serve with extra chili sauce if desired.
