Protein Pancakes Recipe

Protein pancakes are an excellent breakfast any day of the year. We think you'll love them as a start to the New Year too!

- 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar or honey
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
- Peanut Butter
- Fruit
- Pure Maple Syrup
Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Heat a large skillet or griddle to medium heat.
Spray with non-stick spray. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto hot surface.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles start to form. Flip, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Serve with desired toppings.
