Protein cookies are chock full of good stuff - good for you and good tasting. Gotta love chocolate that's good for you!

Calories 90 kcal
- 1/4 cup Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Canola Oil
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 tablespoons Ground Flax Seed
- 5 tablespoons Boiling Water
- 3/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 cup Quick Oats
- 1/2 cup Chocolate
Mix peanut butter, oil, and sugars until well combined.
Add in vanilla, flax and water and stir.
Dump in protein powder, baking soda and oats. Stir until everything is almost mixed, add chocolate chips and continue mixing.
Drop tablespoon size balls (I use a cookie scoop!) on a silicon lined baking mat and bake for 15 minutes.
Let cool on a wire rack and chow down with a tall glass of milk!
