Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Dashi Powder Or 2 cups homemade dashi*
  • 2 tablespoons Miso Paste
  • 1 medium Potato
  • 2 slices Short Cut Bacon Diced
  • 1/2 cup Corn Kernels
  • Sliced Green Onions Optional

Instructions
 

  • Boil the water in a saucepan and add the dashi powder (or boil homemade dashi).
  • Add potato and bacon to cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Add corn and the miso paste and dissolve it into the saucepan.
  • Lower the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve in a small bowl and garnish with green onion (optional).
