Pork and Black Beans Recipe

Pork and Black Beans is an easy and comforting slow cooker meal. Serve it on garlic toast for the epitome of home cooking.

- 1 1/2 pounds Pork Loin diced
- 2 15 oz cans Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 18 ounce bottle Honey Barbecue Sauce
- 1 cup Onion diced
- 2 teaspoons Garlic minced
- 1/2 cup Boiling Water
- 8 slices Texas Toast
In a slow cooker add drained and rinsed black beans, diced pork, barbecue sauce, onion, and minced garlic.
Mix well and then add in 1/2 cup of water.
Cook on low 6-7 hours (or high 3-4 hours).
Serve Slow Cooker Barbecue Pork with Black Beans on top of Texas Toast.
