Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 pounds Pork Loin diced
  • 2 15 oz cans Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 18 ounce bottle Honey Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 cup Onion diced
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Boiling Water
  • 8 slices Texas Toast

Instructions
 

  • In a slow cooker add drained and rinsed black beans, diced pork, barbecue sauce, onion, and minced garlic.
  • Mix well and then add in 1/2 cup of water.
  • Cook on low 6-7 hours (or high 3-4 hours).
  • Serve Slow Cooker Barbecue Pork with Black Beans on top of Texas Toast.
