Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add Italian sausage and onions, breaking apart the sausage. Cook for 5-6 minutes, until cooked.
Add garlic and pepperoni. Stir and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Stir in tomato sauce, seasonings, pasta, and chicken stock. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to medium.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked.
Sprinkle cheese over pasta. Cover and heat until melted.
Serve immediately.
