Pistachio buttercream is one delectable frosting! You can put it on cakes, cupcakes, and even whoopie pies.

- 1/4 cup Instant Pistachio Pudding
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Butter softened
- 3 cups Powdered Sugar
In a small bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk.
Make sure the pudding is thoroughly dissolved in the milk, or the frosting may end up gritty. It will be thick.
In a large mixing bowl, combine pudding mixture, butter, and powdered sugar.
Beat until light and fluffy.
