These Pioneer Woman Chocolate Curls make for a very simple, and very tasty, dessert.

- 3 ounces Semisweet Chocolate
- 1 tablespoon All Vegetable Shortening
Put chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl with the vegetable shortening.
Throw it in the microwave for around 30 second, until the shortening is melted and warn. Stir with a fork to combine thoroughly.
Pour this chocolate over the underside of a clean cookie sheet.
Spread the chocolate in a thin layer. A very thin layer.
Stick it in the freezer for a few minutes. DO NOT FORGET THIS STEP.
After a few minutes, make sure chocolate is ready by pressing it with your finger tip; it should leave the slightest mark.
Grab a somewhat sharp-edged spatula and begin to scrape the chocolate from the bottom of the pan.
When it is just the proper temperature, it will curl instead of break. If it gets too soft, stick it back in the freezer for a minute. ENJOY
