Pineapple Coconut Kale Smoothie can be made with frozen or fresh kale. Huge on nutrition and taste.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 1/2 ounces Frozen Kale Or fresh
  • 8 ounces Water Cold
  • 10 ounces Frozen Pineapple
  • 2 ounces Orange Juice
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder Optional

Instructions
 

  • Add the coconut oil, chia seeds, kale and water to the blender.
  • Puree (using the whole juice cycle if available) until completely smooth.
  • Add the pineapple, orange juice and vanilla protein.
  • Puree until well blended.
  • Drink immediately.
