Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces Prepared Pizza Dough Brought to room temperature
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 8 ounces Ribeye Steak Or chip steak, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 4 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 ounces Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450°F for at least 20 minutes.
  • Roll out pizza dough and place on a round fourteen inch pizza pan. Top with sauce and bake pizza for 8 minutes.
  • While pizza is baking, heat olive oil on medium heat in a medium size non- stick frying pan. Add steak and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cook for a few minutes or until steak starts to brown but still has some pink. Remove from heat and drain any grease.
  • Remove pizza from oven and pop any dough bubbles with a fork. Top with half the cheese, the steak and the remaining cheese. Sprinkle with parsley.
  • Bake for about 8 more minutes or until crust is golden and cheese starts to bubble.
  • Remove from oven and cool for a few minutes before slicing.
