16ouncesPrepared Pizza DoughBrought to room temperature
1cupPizza Sauce
1tablespoonOlive Oil
8ouncesRibeye SteakOr chip steak, thinly sliced
1/2teaspoonSalt
1/2teaspoonBlack Pepper
1/2teaspoonGarlic Powder
4ouncesShredded Cheddar Cheese
4ouncesShredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2teaspoonDried Parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F for at least 20 minutes.
Roll out pizza dough and place on a round fourteen inch pizza pan. Top with sauce and bake pizza for 8 minutes.
While pizza is baking, heat olive oil on medium heat in a medium size non- stick frying pan. Add steak and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cook for a few minutes or until steak starts to brown but still has some pink. Remove from heat and drain any grease.
Remove pizza from oven and pop any dough bubbles with a fork. Top with half the cheese, the steak and the remaining cheese. Sprinkle with parsley.
Bake for about 8 more minutes or until crust is golden and cheese starts to bubble.
Remove from oven and cool for a few minutes before slicing.
