- 1/2 stick Butter
- 1 large Onion
- 3 stalks Celery
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
- 6 cups Dry Stuffing Mix
Preheat the oven to 350°F
Dice the onion and celery into evenly sized pieces.
Melt the butter over medium heat in a large skillet then add the diced onion and celery to the melted butter.
Season with salt and pepper then cook for 5-6 minutes or until the veggies have softened and the onions are translucent.
Bump the heat up to medium-high heat, add the broth and bring it to a boil.
Remove the pan from the heat then add the Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix to the broth mixture.
Use a large wooden spoon to fold everything together until the stuffing is moistened and has soaked up all the broth.
Spoon the stuffing mixture into a casserole dish prepared with non-stick spray.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until the center of the stuffing is warm.
