The classic recipe for Pepperidge Farm stuffing is a favorite for a reason. It's easy to make and the whole family loves it!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 stick Butter
  • 1 large Onion
  • 3 stalks Celery
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 6 cups Dry Stuffing Mix

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F
  • Dice the onion and celery into evenly sized pieces.
  • Melt the butter over medium heat in a large skillet then add the diced onion and celery to the melted butter.
  • Season with salt and pepper then cook for 5-6 minutes or until the veggies have softened and the onions are translucent.
  • Bump the heat up to medium-high heat, add the broth and bring it to a boil.
  • Remove the pan from the heat then add the Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix to the broth mixture.
  • Use a large wooden spoon to fold everything together until the stuffing is moistened and has soaked up all the broth.
  • Spoon the stuffing mixture into a casserole dish prepared with non-stick spray.
  • Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until the center of the stuffing is warm.
