Easy peanut noodles with Asian sauce are a delicious way to get dinner on the table. Add shrimp, chicken or beef!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup Boiling Water
  • 1/4 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 1-2 teaspoons Chili Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pound Jumbo Raw Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 10 ounces Pasta like whole grain spaghetti
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Carrot shredded
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Dry Roasted Salted Peanuts chopped

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to boil, and cook the pasta as directed on the box.
  • To prepare the sauce mix all of the ingredients in a liquid measuring cups. Whisk or use a fork to mix until smooth.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Spray with non-stick spray. Add shrimp, and sauté for about 3 minutes on each side, or until done.
  • In a large bowl combine sauce, cooked shrimp, cooked pasta, bell pepper, carrots, and green onions. Toss until combined. Garnish with chopped peanuts.
  • Serve immediately.
