Peanut Butter Honey Cereal Bars are a delicious quick breakfast or hearty lunchbox snack. And they only take about five minutes to make!

- 3 1/2 cups Cereal Rice or corn squares, flakes, clusters, etc.
- 3/4 cup Add-Ins Nuts, dried fruit, etc.
- 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 3 tablespoons Butter
Line an 8 X 8 or 9 X 9 baking dish with parchment paper.
Place the cereal and add-ins in a large bowl.
In a small saucepan. Heat the peanut butter, honey, and butter over medium heat until it all melts and is smooth. Stir a few times.
Pour the hot mixture over the cereal and stir to evenly coat all the pieces.
Firmly press into the prepared pan. You can use another sheet of parchment or plastic wrap to really press the cereal in there.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Slice into bars and wrap individually in plastic.
- These are best stored in the fridge if it’s hot outside.
