Ingredients
  

  • 3 1/2 cups Cereal Rice or corn squares, flakes, clusters, etc.
  • 3/4 cup Add-Ins Nuts, dried fruit, etc.
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 3 tablespoons Butter

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8 X 8 or 9 X 9 baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Place the cereal and add-ins in a large bowl.
  • In a small saucepan. Heat the peanut butter, honey, and butter over medium heat until it all melts and is smooth. Stir a few times.
  • Pour the hot mixture over the cereal and stir to evenly coat all the pieces.
  • Firmly press into the prepared pan. You can use another sheet of parchment or plastic wrap to really press the cereal in there.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Slice into bars and wrap individually in plastic.

Notes

  • These are best stored in the fridge if it’s hot outside.
