- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 12 ounces Butterscotch Chips (1 package)
- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 1/2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter.
Cook and stir until the mixture is smooth, about 4-5 minutes.
Fold in 2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal.
Spread evenly into a buttered 8x11 dish, and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup cereal for garnish.
Allow to set for at least 1 hour. To speed up the process, you can put it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Cut into bars, and enjoy!
