Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Peaches
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Simple Syrup divided
  • 3 ounces Silver Tequila divided
  • 1 ounce Orange Liqueur divided
  • 2 cups Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Heat 1/2 cup of water, either in a small saucepan, or in the microwave in a safe container.
  • Once water is just to boiling point, stir in 1/2 cup of sugar.
  • Stir until the sugar has completely disappeared and liquid is clear. Set aside and let cool to room temperature.
  • In a blender add the frozen peaches, 1/4 cup of simple syrup, 1 and 1/2 ounce of tequila, and 1/2 ounce of orange liqueur.
  • Add in about 1/2 cup of ice and blend.
  • Starting with a low amount of ice allows you to control the texture. After blending for about 20-30 seconds check the texture, if it’s watery, add more ice. Adding too much ice can make the drink too thick. Typically between 3/4 and 1 cup is the perfect amount.
  • Divide the peach margarita between two glasses.
  • Rinse and clean the blender. Then repeat the instructions except using the frozen raspberries.
  • Serve immediately.
