Peach Raspberry Margaritas. These frosty, refreshing drinks are made with REAL fruit. Juicy peach pairs perfectly with tart raspberries for these fruity margaritas.
Heat 1/2 cup of water, either in a small saucepan, or in the microwave in a safe container.
Once water is just to boiling point, stir in 1/2 cup of sugar.
Stir until the sugar has completely disappeared and liquid is clear. Set aside and let cool to room temperature.
In a blender add the frozen peaches, 1/4 cup of simple syrup, 1 and 1/2 ounce of tequila, and 1/2 ounce of orange liqueur.
Add in about 1/2 cup of ice and blend.
Starting with a low amount of ice allows you to control the texture. After blending for about 20-30 seconds check the texture, if it’s watery, add more ice. Adding too much ice can make the drink too thick. Typically between 3/4 and 1 cup is the perfect amount.
Divide the peach margarita between two glasses.
Rinse and clean the blender. Then repeat the instructions except using the frozen raspberries.
