Peacamole Dip is a great new twist on the traditional guacamole. A snack you'll return to again and again.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Spring Peas Fresh or frozen, avoid canned
  • 2 Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro Chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2-3 tablespoons Salsa
  • Salt To taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small pot, boil the peas until they are very tender and mash easily (about 10 minutes).
  • Drain well and place in blender or food processor. Add in the remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
  • Add water, a teaspoon at a time, until it reaches desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings. Keep refrigerated for up to 3 days.
