Peacamole Dip is a great new twist on the traditional guacamole. A snack you'll return to again and again.

- 1 cup Spring Peas Fresh or frozen, avoid canned
- 2 Avocado
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro Chopped
- 1 clove Garlic Minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2-3 tablespoons Salsa
- Salt To taste
In a small pot, boil the peas until they are very tender and mash easily (about 10 minutes).
Drain well and place in blender or food processor. Add in the remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
Add water, a teaspoon at a time, until it reaches desired consistency.
Taste and adjust seasonings. Keep refrigerated for up to 3 days.
