Ingredients
  

  • 6 large Pear peeled, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Boiling Water warm
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 cups Butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Mix pears, water and lemon juice in an 8 by 8-inch baking pan.
  • Use a bowl and combine oats, flour, sugar and cinnamon.
  • Pour in melted butter and stir to make a nice, crumbly mixture.
  • Spread the topping evenly over the fruit.
  • Bake for around 55 minutes or until the topping is crisp and browned.
