- 6 large Pear peeled, cored and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Boiling Water warm
- 1 Lemon juiced
- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1 1/4 cups Butter melted
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix pears, water and lemon juice in an 8 by 8-inch baking pan.
Use a bowl and combine oats, flour, sugar and cinnamon.
Pour in melted butter and stir to make a nice, crumbly mixture.
Spread the topping evenly over the fruit.
Bake for around 55 minutes or until the topping is crisp and browned.
