Ingredients
  

  • 2 large Banana Mashed
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 5 large Egg
  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter
  • 1/4 cup Melted Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • pinch of Salt

Instructions
 

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat bananas, pumpkin, eggs, almond butter, and melted coconut oil until smooth.
  • Add the coconut flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, and salt and beat until well mixed.
  • Spray waffle iron with coconut oil and cook waffles according to manufacturer’s instructions.
